Looking Up a Stamp Record

To find any stamp record on file, click the navigation arrow buttons on the right hand edge of the Collection Entry Window. The top button will take you to the lowest catalog number entered, the bottom button will take you to the highest number entered, and the middle up and down arrows will take you to the previous entry or the next in order.

First Record
Previous Record
Next Record
Last Record

If you know the catalog number, click the Find button (on the Action Line) and enter the catalog number to locate that record.

NOTE: The various printed reports are the best way to examine your holdings. The inquiry mode described above is useful for the quick display of an individual record.
