Introducing the Collection Entry Window

After the startup procedure, you will see an opening announcement. The version of the program you have purchased will be indicated. Click Continue to view the Collection Entry window.

The Collection Entry window is divided into four sections. The first section (1A) shows the current date and the country database presently in use. The second section (1B) contains 16 fields of information relating to the individual record of a stamp in your collection. The third section (1C) lists the latest market value for various stamp and gum conditions. The last section (1D) is the Action Line. This is where you add, delete, or modify your personal records or quit the program.

Stamp Images

Clicking on the stamp image on the Collection Entry Window displays an enlarged full-color image of the stamp.

This feature provides information about all the stamps in the U.S. Singles database, including definitives, commemoratives, duck stamps and other "back of the book" items. Details include: catalog number, denomination, description, series, date of issue, perforation, print method, color, and watermark.

Whenever you need help with using Coin Keeper Deluxe, press F1 or click Help from the menu bar at the top of the screen. A selection of topics will be presented. This onscreen Help feature is available at any time.

COLLECTION ENTRY:

The Collection Entry Window is the main screen for adding, changing, and deleting coin records in your personal collection. The Collection Entry Window is always available when you are not using a different function in the program.
