Delete
a Record
After confirming that the record in the window
is the record you wish to remove, click the Delete button.
A warning message appears cautioning you against deleting the wrong
record.
You can also use
the Edit Records window to delete a complete stamp record. Click the small, gray rectangle
on the far left hand side next to each record. It will display black,
indicating that record will be deleted. You can click again to undelete,
but once you close the screen, all such marked records will be permanently
deleted.
Any record previously entered may be deleted.
Use the Find key to look up a specific record, or scroll
through the records using the navigation buttons.

The Stamp Entry window provides navigation for
moving through your collection records
NOTE: The Delete mode is primarily
used to erase erroneous entries. Selling a stamp from your collection
is not cause for deleting it. Rather, you should update
the record to denote that a sale has taken place.
