Up a Record
Should you wish to examine any individual
record entry you have on file, you may do so by clicking on the
navigation buttons on the right hand edge of the Collection Entry
Window. The top button will take you to the first record entered,
the bottom button will take you to the last record entered, and
the middle up and down arrows will take you to the previous entry
or the next in order.

To locate a specific record you may also
Click the Find button (on the Action Line) and enter a
specific record number.
NOTE:
The various printed reports are the best way to examine your holdings.
The inquiry mode described above is useful for the quick display
of an individual record.
