Using
GROUP DELETE
A group entry may be deleted
at any time by using the Group Delete function. Each group
entry is identified by a sequential number found in the Group
field on the Collection Entry window and on the Value
report. Refer to this number when choosing to delete a previous
group entry.
Select: UTILITIES>GROUP DELETE
After selecting Group Delete from
the Utilities menu, a screen will appear requesting you to enter
the group number that you wish to delete. Enter the number and then
click OK to delete this entire group of records. The program
will automatically delete the entire group.
