Record
a Coin Sold
When you sell a coin, note the information
about the coin you have sold in the Collection Entry wndow in the
"If Sold" section.
In the field labeled "Year," note
the four digits corresponding to the year in which this item was
sold from your collection. The "To" field allows you to
record an eight-character code corresponding to the buyer of your
coin. The "Sold For" field allows you to post the amount
you received for the coin.
NOTE:
You can print the Coin Sold Report to view all such transactions.
A percentage of profit or loss on each sale is also noted in this
report.
