Change
or Edit a Record
Any record can be modified in order to correct
an erroneous entry, to change values, add notes or record a coin
sold. From the Collection Entry window, simply locate the record
you want to modify. Click the
Change button. Any field of information (except the first five)
may be altered by tabbing to the required field. When you are satisfied
that the record has been properly changed, click the Save
button to record your changes.
A second method for editing your records is
the Edit Records function.
Edit Records Function
The Edit Records function allows you to use the
very fast table edit mode to edit existing coin records. From the
Utilities menu, select Edit Records. A screen will appear,
detailing your collection.
Select: UTILITIES>EDIT RECORDS
You can edit entries in the Quantity, Grade, Year Purchased, From,
Cost, and Location fields by moving around in this screen. Using
the Edit Records option can allow you to quickly make changes. To
exit, click the small icon in the top left corner and select
Close.
