Adding Stamp Records is a Snap with Stamp World!

Stamp World Collection Entry Window-Simple and Elegant

It's easy to use Stamp World by first creating databases for your world and topical collections (example: Butterflies, Railroads, Yugoslavia, China, etc). There is no limit to the number of unique databases you can create. After creating the databases, enter your stamp collection using the Add button on the Collection Entry window. Enter the Scott Catalog number and then enter your personal stamp data, including the type (mint, used single, etc.), gum condition, stamp condition, year purchased, total cost, total value, and location (note the album or storage location). You can add unlimited comments about your stamps in the comment field. When you sell a stamp, record the date sold, to whom, and price sold (then print a Sold report using our Report feature.)

The Group Add function lets you quickly enter a series of stamps in your possession. For example, you might own a nearly complete collection of stamps from 1940 to the present. If these stamps are of the same condition, use the Group Add feature to enter these stamps quickly as a set, rather than singly. A great timesaving feature!
