Stamp Keeper Collection Entry Window-Simple and Elegant

Enter your stamp collection using the Add button on the Collection Entry window. Entering the Scott Catalog number brings up all the relevant data about the stamp. As you enter your personal stamp data, the window displays the current market values based on the type (mint, used single, etc.), gum condition, and stamp condition. You can enter additional information about your stamps, such Price Paid, Date of Purchase, Purchased From, and Location (note the album or storage location). You can add unlimited comments about your stamps in the Comment field. When you sell a stamp, record the date sold, to whom, and price sold (then print a Sold report using our Report feature.)

The Group Add function lets you quickly enter a series of stamps in your possession. For example, you might own a nearly complete collection of stamps from 1940 to the present. If these stamps are of the same condition, use the Group Add feature to enter these stamps quickly as a set, rather than singly. A great timesaving feature!
