Stamp Keeper Deluxe Standard Reports

• The Value Report   This valuable report creates an itemized listing of your entire collection and contains a profit figure that compares your purchase price to the present market value. This report is especially useful for insurance and estate planning purposes.
  
  
• The Stamp Inventory Summary Report   At a glance, this report provides a brief, one-page summary of your collection’s total number of stamps and total value, plus calculated profit (or loss).
  
  
• The Stamps Sold Report   This report provides an itemized listing of all stamps you have sold from your collection.
  
  
• The Want List   Every collector needs a Want List and our program generates one for you automatically. Any stamp not recorded by you will appear on the report along with the current market value in nine conditions. This report is especially useful for communicating your needs to dealers or for use while shopping at stamp shows.
  
  
• The Total Collection Report   This report indicates the extent of your collection with a breakdown by country and stamp type. Grand totals and profit figures are included.

The REPORTER is our popular custom report feature that allows you to create specialized reports based on the data fields that you define. Enormously flexible, the REPORTER lets you, for example, create a list of all stamps in your collection that were purchased from a certain dealer between 1980 and 2000 that have a present value in excess of $25. Virtually any combination of information on record can be included in the report. The User's Guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating custom reports.
