To enter your stamp information, select Add and you will be shown a list of all the catalog numbers that are currently valid for Plate Number Coils. After choosing the catalog number, you will be shown all of the currently valid plate numbers associated with that item. Selecting one of those will then display its denomination, year of issue, description and current market values for a strip of 5, a strip of 3, and a used single. You can enter additional information about your stamps, such Year Purchased, Location (note the album or storage location), and Comments. When you sell a stamp, record the date sold, to whom, and price sold (then print a Sold report using our Report feature.)

The Group Add function lets you quickly enter a series of stamps in your possession. For example, you might possess a nearly complete collection of plate number coils from 1981 to the present. More than likely, these stamps are of the same type (i.e. strip of 5). If this describes your collection, use the Group Add feature to enter these stamps quickly as a set, rather than singly. A great timesaving feature!
