Entry Window: Adding Banknote Records is a Snap!

Currency Keeper Deluxe Collection Entry Window-Simple
and Elegant
Enter your banknote collection using the Add button on the Collection Entry window. Entering the Friedberg number, a list of Denominations will display. After selecting the denomination, a dialog box will ask you for the series. Enter the series information from your banknote (example: 1982) and press <Enter> or select from the adjacent list by double-clicking on the correct series. After a valid Denomination and Series are selected, the window will display a number of notes that match those choices. Clicking on the note in your possession, identified best by Friedberg (FR) number, the current market value for that banknote in all available conditions displays. As you enter your personal banknote data, the window displays the current market values based on the condition of your banknote. You can enter additional information about your banknote, such Price Paid, Date of Purchase, Purchased From, and Location (note the album or storage location). You can add unlimited comments about your banknotes in the Comment field. When you sell a banknote, record the date sold, to whom, and price sold (then print a Sold report using our Report feature.)
The Group Add function lets you quickly enter a series of banknotes in your possession. For example, you might possess a nearly complete collection of small size One Dollar notes. If these notes are of the same condition, use the Group Add feature to enter them quickly as a set, rather than singly. A great timesaving feature!
Click on the banknote image icon on the Collection Entry window to bring up a full-color enlarged full-color image of the banknote (obverse and reverse). This feature provides information on the series, denomination, and description of the banknote.

By clicking on the small image, you can see a full-resolution image of the banknote
type,
with the ability to switch between obverse and reverse views
